多春茶室/Toh Soon Cafe

位於新街(Campbell Street)前,附在商店側旁小巷的小茶室.看是不起眼但卻高朋滿座的茶室.週末早上甚至到中午時段,人潮絲毫未減.
多春茶室和一般茶室沒有多大的不同,主要買些咖啡茶水飲料,麵包,半生熟蛋及nasi lemak/beehun.或許老闆保留著用碳烤麵包及香儂儂的海南咖啡是吸引顧客的主要原因之一.此外,茶室已有60年以上的歷史.從舊式的擺設到老師傅沖咖啡的手藝到碳烤麵包的方式,都有一種彷彿讓你穿越時空回到了過去的感覺.
通常在這裡用善會讓你花上很長的時間.因為除了等待空位,你還要等待食物上桌因為要打包的人太多了.這時候,桌上的nasi lemak及beehun是你最好的充飢美食了.至於價格方面,絕對大眾化.
這裡除了深受小市民喜愛之外,也受不少大人物的愛戴.就如說檳州首長林先生也在這用善过.

Toh Soon Cafe is at front end of Campbell Street, a shop like a stall attached to the shoplot on the samll alley.
This cafe served toasted bread, half-boiled eggs, nasi lemak/beehun and drinks which you find as same as other cafes. Just the way of toasts bread is remain in nostalgic by using carbon black.
You have to be prepared to wait, whether for a seat or order. wait ,wait and wait. Be patient as it is crowded most of the time.
