基隆廟口夜市 / Keelung's Miaokou Night Market

零七年九月二十四日下午, 在瑞芳美食街吃完肉羹麵後,就與培鈞告別. 謝謝培鈞從昨晚收留到今天大半天的陪游. 與旺旺便到基隆廟口. 其實在昨晚前往海洋大學時, 有路過這裡. 路旁兩側, 每側三行的大黃燈籠高高掛, 照亮整個夜市.

這是我來台灣第一個到的夜市. 說的也奇怪, 其實現在才3點,天還是亮的. 但沒關係, 檔口都有在營業. 在沒開始捕食前, 先到奠濟宮看看.

奠濟宮歷史悠久,香火鼎盛, 來上香的人進進出出. 在裡面繞了一圈就出來. 受不了外面小吃的誘惑.

Keelung's Miaokou Night Market is a nation-wide well-known market. It is located in downtown area, meanders through lanes and alleys surrounding the Dianji Temple (奠濟宮).

	鼎邊趖 / Pot-edged pancake soup 有點像這裡的粿汁里的粿片. 粿汁都以鹵豬, 鹵鴨搭配, 但鼎邊趖主要搭配是蝦仁羹, 肉羹之類. 參見:维基百科 It is rice paste baked into soft pancakes by the edge of hot pots, then cooked into thick soup.
	營養三明治 / Nutritious sandwiches / Deep Fried sandwiches 簡單的來說: 這是麵包夾肉,蛋和蔬菜. 不一樣的是它用長橢圓的麵包而不是一般四方像Gardenia 麵包. 說真的沒什麼特別的.  參見:维基百科 The bread dough is prepared and deep fried. After that cut it and put in with butter, mayonnaise, Taiwanese sliced sausage, marinated egg, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
	泡泡冰 / Shaved ice / Bubble ice 哈哈, 其實在馬來西亞已嚐過. 也是掛著阿亮的照片. 主要作法是在刨冰之中加入配料, 再由手工攪拌. 泡泡冰有多種口味. 我選了檸檬口味, 希望能幫助消化  參見:维基百科 Unlike the conventional shaved ice which is topped with various jams or fruit, this frozen dessert is mashed in with other ingredients of shaved ice by handiwork. What comes out is a soft frozen mass.
